Whether you are a teacher leader, a principal, or an aspiring administrator, teacher evaluation skills are critical. A series of online courses – one each on teacher observation, teacher feedback, and teacher growth – help you develop the skills to move ahead in your career while improving student performance. 3 courses, 2 credits each.

School curriculum overall has moved in recent years toward core subjects, but the arts have been shown to improve student performance overall. Our online courses for teachers include courses such as Teaching Geography Through Art, Classroom Music Games, and Teaching Art to Children: Giving Teachers the Tools to Teach Fine Arts; 6 courses, 1 to 3 credits each.

The job description of a coach today requires more than just sports coaching skills; in addition to athletics, a coach must focus on communications skills, character-building, goal-setting, nutrition and athletic performance, diversity, the problem of drug use among athletes, and demonstrated leadership skills.
