Michele Brittingham

As Primary Instructor:

My name is Michele Brittingham and I am a former educator in the State of Connecticut for 37 years. I am proud to be a Professional Development Coordinator with Dominican University of CA/EDS and happy to serve educators in Windham, New London, and Middlesex Counties as well as Waterbury, Plymouth, Naugatuck, and surrounding towns.

Dominican University of California, founded in 1890, has an outstanding reputation for developing high quality teachers and providing continuing education for educators worldwide.Classes are designed specifically to fit the individual needs and schedules of teachers. The graduate-level online courses as well as the very popular EDUX Summer Curriculum Design course provides educators with meaningful classes that enhance your curriculum and help you keep up with the ever changing demands of educational reform.

Four programs have been designed specifically for CT educators - A 6th Year Certificate Program in Early Childhood Education, Teacher Leadership (not an 092), Technology Integration, and Trauma Informed Practices. These planned programs are designed for educators who are seeking courses to maintain certification requirements, enhance professional practices and/or salary advancement.

Please feel free to contact me with any questions! I look forward to assisting the hard working teachers throughout this area!
