Welcome Colorado Teachers!
As a veteran teacher in Colorado, I am very proud to be an Out-of-State Associate with Dominican University and have the opportunity to serve Colorado teachers. The Dominican University of California, founded in 1890, has an outstanding reputation for developing high quality teachers. Their classes are designed specifically to fit the individual needs and schedules of teachers trying to meet the often overwhelming demands of educational reform.
Most of these classes are repeatable and changeable to fit the teacher’s needs from one year to the next. “It is so refreshing to be able to get credit and recognition for all the extra work I do every summer!” and “This is the best class I have ever taken! I can use the work I do immediately in my classroom” were among the many positive comments that I heard during the exit interviews.
I look forward to working with many more excited and motivated teacher/learners who recognize the value of the well-designed continuing education classes being offered at Dominican University.
