Course Description

The development of team chemistry by molding numerous personalities into a cohesive unit is the focus of this class. The course will prepare the participant to manage individual attitudes while getting those individuals to think together as a team.

Course Objectives

By the end of this course, the participant will:

  • Be ready to turn potential negative situations into positive bonding solutions
  • Develop strategies that help in creating bonding attitudes.
  • Personalize and develop strategies to help student/athletes to bond together as a team

B.S., M.S. Physical Education

Taught and coached 7-9 Jr. High students for five years.

Taught mathematics and physical education at the High School level for 35 years.

Had experience as a Department Head in physical education.

Helped to develop a state granted voluntary integration program.

Richard’s personal interests are golf and helping others succeed.

Ernie Shaffer

B.A., M.A. Administration

Taught Elementary 5 years, Jr. High 5 years, Senior High 5 years and Adult Ed. 2 years.

Administration Grades K-12 19 years.

Coached variety of sports grades 6-12.

Developed Leisure Living Program for Grades 6-12.

Leisure interests-fishing, reading, poker and Senior Softball.
