Course Overview
Welcome to EDUO 9210 Inductive Learning. This class was created by Dominican University of California in conjunction with Educational Development and Services as part of a six course series entitled Core Strategies. This series is designed to help teachers learn strategies that will significantly improve their ability to teach the Common Core State Standards.The content learned in the class, Inductive Learning, will afford you the skills necessary to implement the deep learning strategy inductive learning. This strategy helps students deepen their understanding of content and develop their inference and evidence gathering skills. By meeting the requirements of this class, participating teachers will earn one semester unit of graduate level extension credit from Dominican University of California, a fully accredited university.

After completing the course titled Inductive Learning, you will demonstrate or indicate:
- Knowledge of the strategy Inductive Learning
- Knowledge of how Inductive Learning can help students meet the new standards
- The ability to plan lessons or activities that utilize the strategy Inductive Learning
