Reflection can be the primary lever for improved educator teaching practices and increased student learning. Through this guided reflection experience, educators will process the challenges faced and the strengths gained teaching during the pandemic to achieve an increased awareness of, and capacity to, improve a work/life balance that will guide effective teaching practices going forward. You will use a unique survey link (provided after registration) to complete the course requirements.
- Analyze, evaluate, and reflect on the strengths and challenges of teaching through the pandemic
- Identify what was learned through reflection to improve your work/life balance and your teaching practice going forward.
